Background
Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration company established in 2019 and incorporated in the Province of Ontario. Steadright currently holds an option on the RAM property, specifically in the Gaspe Bay Region of Quebec Canada, accessible by route 138 through a series of logging roads.
Steadright’s property, the RAM Property, is comprised of 4,201 acres.
The RAM property is located on a highly prospective geological unit and historically has been under explored for base and precious metals.
Steadright also has an option agreement for its B2 Project, located in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean Region of Quebec.

John Morgan
Director and CEO
John Morgan brings with him a rich family heritage in the World of mining and is the fifth generation to be involved in the industry and has had a lifelong interest in the business.
Mr. Morgan is considered an expert in mine dust control and has designed and built natural innovative mine heating and cooling equipment for over 40 years, with experience in designing and developing various mining equipment. Mr. Morgan is very familiar with most mining operations in northern Ontario, Province of Quebec, and Canada’s east coast, as well as serving as Vice President for both Potero and Club Resources Inc.
Robert Palkovits - P.GEO
Vice President Exploration
Robert is a registered professional geologist with the PGO in Ontario. Rob graduated from Cambrian College in 1981 in geology and in 1982 in mining, followed up with a B.Sc. Geology in 1987 from Laurentian University. Rob had worked in gold exploration prior to joining Vale in 1987, where he has worked 30 years in roles from exploration, mine geology, and underground mine supervision. For the last 15 years at Vale, Rob worked as Chief Geologist in Sudbury at Creighton, North and Garson Mines and in the Strategic Studies Group. In these roles, Rob oversaw management of the geology staff, geological modelling, definition and exploration drilling programs and budgets, and annual updates to mine plan and 43-101 technical reports. In the strategic studies group, Rob was responsible for overseeing geology, geotechnical and metallurgical study deliverables for projects in Manitoba, Sudbury and Voisey’s Bay in Newfoundland. Rob had joined RMS team as a Sr. Technical Specialist in 2019 following retirement from Vale, supporting mine studies for tailings and backfill for projects in Canada, the U.S., and Chile and continues working in this capacity.
Brent Rochon
Director and Technical Advisor
Mr. Brent Rochon brings a deep knowledge in the metal mining industry, holding a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering along with his extensive experience as a sales and marketing professional. Mr. Rochon retired from Vale in 2021 after 22 years as VP of Marketing in both copper and nickel, prior to that Mr. Rochon was with Teck-Cominco for 13 years as commercial sales Director in base and precious metals. Mr. Rochon brings his knowledge, skills and experience in the critical metal markets.
Alex Falconer
CFO
Mr. Falconer obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Laurentian University in 1982. After graduation he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990 working for Ernst & Young, prior to starting his own business providing consulting services for public and private corporations. Mr. Falconer is also the CFO of Spackman Equities Group Inc., a public Company listed on the TSXV.
Mr. Falconer brings 26 years working with private and public Companies with extensive consulting experience with small cap businesses going public, including regulatory filings, strategic alliances, acquisitions and raising of capital. He has an in-depth knowledge and a proven record of accomplishments in structuring and securing capital for initial business funding through to the public company finance stage. He sits on a number of public and private company boards.
Connor Pantaleo
Vice President Communications
Connor Pantaleo holds a bachelor’s degree from York University in Sociology, related to marketing and an advanced diploma in Marketing from George Brown College. Mr. Pantaleo has been in the sales, marketing, and social research fields for the last decade specializing in team and project coordination, digital campaign management, database management and social research. Currently, Mr. Pantaleo is working in the mineral exploration field, with experience in communications, capital markets and administration. Mr. Pantaleo began his professional career in sales and is experienced in facilitating the execution of both communications and social research programs in both business and academic environments.
Dwayne Yaretz
Corporate Secretary
Mr. Yaretz is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 35 years experience in corporate leadership. He began his international career as Vice-President of China Power Generation Corporation and Asia Power Engineering Corporation, developing co-generation facilities in Mainland China.
Subsequently, Mr. Yaretz acted for several publicly traded companies in various capacities including President and CEO, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer and is experienced in mergers and acquisitions as well as in the financing of numerous private and public ventures. Mr. Yaretz has structured both Initial Public Offerings and Reverse Takeovers in various business sectors, Including technology, manufacturing as well as multiple mining exploration projects with properties in China, United States, Chile and Canada.
Mr. Yaretz has also served on the Board of Directors with numerous companies involved in technology, clean-tech, agri-business, sustainable packaging, consumer electronics, and as well as in the mining exploration sector.
Daryl Hodges
Technical Advisor
Daryl Hodges is President of Ladykirk Capital Advisors Inc., a firm offering consulting, capital markets advisory, and management services, primarily to the mining industry. Mr. Hodges worked in the mining industry for 19 years in exploration, project development, and acquisition in gold and base metals, with primary experience in structurally controlled lode gold, copper – zinc VMS, copper porphyry, and nickel sulphides and laterites. Mr. Hodges entered the investment business as a mining analyst and investment banker, as a founding shareholder of Jennings Capital Inc., eventually becoming Chairman and CEO. With Mr. Hodges’ involvement and leadership, the firm grew to be a top ten independent investment dealer from 1999 to 2013, participating in more than 4 billion worth of transactions globally. Mr. Hodges serves on multiple Boards of Directors of both private and public companies.
Alan King
Technical Advisor
Alan is well known and highly regarded in the exploration industry. Alan worked for INCO Exploration and Technical Services as senior geophysicist and manager of geophysics from 1990 until 2006 when INCO was taken over by VALE. At VALE, Alan resumed a technical role and then became chief geophysicist for VALE Global Exploration until he retired from VALE in 2012. Alan has spent the last 10 years as an independent consultant to the industry through his company, Geoscience North Ltd. He brings his wealth of experience in the application of geophysics in base metal exploration to Steadright.
