Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration company established in 2019 and incorporated in the Province of Ontario. Steadright currently holds an option on the RAM property, specifically in the Côte-Nord Region of Quebec Canada, accessible by route 138 through a series of logging roads.
Steadright’s property, the RAM, is comprised of over 13,000 acres. It is located on a highly prospective geological unit and has historically been under-explored for base and precious metals.
March 3rd, 2025 – Muskoka, Ontario – Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) (“Steadright” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire 50% interest in 59 claims known as the B2 project in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean Region of Québec, through a purchase agreement with Critical Foundation Metals Inc. for consideration of 1,600,000 common shares of Steadright Critical Minerals.
Grab bag samples, taken independently, in October of 2022 on the B2 property yielded results with individual grades up to 3.19% Copper, 0.71% Nickel, 0.08% Cobalt and 7.25 g/t Silver

The Board of Directors has also decided to approve a Private Placement at 0.04 cents for up to 3,000,000 Common Shares with full warrants for 2 Years at 0.08 cents for potential acquisitions, exploration expenditures and general administration purposes, subject to CSE and Regulatory approvals.

Mr. Robert Palkovits, P. Geo, a consultant to Steadright, who is a qualified person (“QP”) under National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure of Mineral Projects has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this press release.
