  3. Steadright Appoints Experienced Vice President Of Exploration


November 8th, 2022 – Muskoka, ONT.; Steadright Critical Minerals (CSE:SCM) (“Steadright” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Robert Palkovits, P. Geo, has been appointed Vice President of Exploration, effective immediately.

Robert is a registered professional geologist with the PGO in Ontario. Robert graduated from Cambrain College in 1981 in geology and in 1982 in mining and followed that up with a B.Sc. Geology in 1987 from Laurentian University.

Robert worked in gold exploration prior to joining Vale in 1987. At Vale, he was employed for 30 years in roles that ranged from exploration to mine geology and to underground mine supervision. For the last 15 years at Vale, Robert worked as Chief Geologist in Sudbury at Creighton, North and Garson Mines, and in the Strategic Studies Group.

Robert is experienced with overseeing the management of geology staff, geological modelling, definition and exploration drilling programs and budgets, and the annual updating of mine plans and 43-101 technical reports. In the strategic studies group, Robert was responsible for overseeing geology, geotechnical and metallurgical study deliverables for projects in Manitoba, Sudbury, and Voiseys’s Bay in Newfoundland.

Robert joined the RMS team as a Sr. Technical Specialist in 2019. following his retirement from Vale, supporting mine studies for tailings and backfill projects in Canada, the U.S., and Chile, and conitues working in this capacity.

Mr. Palkovits will be a key member of the senior management team of Steadright and lead the company’s technical, exploration and geology activities. Reporting to the Board as Vice President of Exploration, Robert will be responsible for planning and directing of the compan’s exploration activities and he will lead both the exploration due dilligence and the geological techical assessment initiatives

Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. is a junior mining exploration company established in 2019 and incorporated in the province of Ontario. Steadright currently holds an option on its property, specifically in the Port Cartier, Gaspe Gay Region of Quebec, Canada, Accessible by route 138. Steadright’s Quebec project, the RAM project, is compromised of 4,201 acres. The RAM property is located on a highly prosepective geological unit and historically has been underexplored for Ni, Co, Cu and precious metals. Steadright also has an option agreement for the B2 Project exploring for Cu, Ag located in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean Region of Quebec.
